1. Acceptance of terms

By registering on our platform, placing a tracking link, running traffic for any campaign, or otherwise using INDFLASH CAMPAIGN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the network. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate registration and payout information and keep it current.
• One account per person or entity. Multiple accounts to bypass review limits or payout caps are not allowed.
• You must be legally permitted to receive the payouts offered in your country.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Sharing credentials, selling access, or letting third parties operate your account without supervision is prohibited. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Offers and approval

• All campaigns are subject to approval. We may approve, reject, pause or remove any campaign at any time.
• Each campaign has its own rules — allowed and prohibited sources, geos, devices, and traffic types. You must read and comply with them.
• Payout amounts, caps and tiers shown for a campaign apply to conversions attributed while that version is live.
• We may change or withdraw an offer with reasonable notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to already-approved conversions.

5. Prohibited traffic

The following are not allowed and will result in rejection of conversions, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and possible account closure:

• Self-clicks, forced clicks, accidental clicks, or any traffic you generate yourself or ask others to generate on your behalf.
• Bot, crawler, spider, emulator, VPN farm, incentivised or automated traffic.
• Any traffic from blocked geos, prohibited devices, or misdeclared sources.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, click injection, cursor spoofing, or tampering with tracking parameters.
• Trick, misleading or deceptive advertising; cloaking; use of our brand name in your domain or creative without written permission.
• Promoting illegal goods or services, malware, phishing, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Buying, selling or trading traffic, or using third-party traffic without our written approval.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure.

6. Attribution and conversion tracking

• Conversions are attributed according to the tracking and cookie window published for the campaign.
• Last-click attribution applies unless the campaign states otherwise. Our tracking data is authoritative.
• Test conversions, forced conversions and conversions generated for testing are not payable.
• Disputes about attribution must be raised within 14 days of the conversion appearing in your report, with the transaction ID.

7. Fraud and quality review

We monitor traffic quality continuously. Conversions may be held for review, rejected, or clawed back where there is evidence of invalid traffic, abnormal click patterns, or advertiser-side fraud flags. Where a conversion is rejected, the reason is shown in your report. Repeated fraud attempts may result in permanent removal from the network without compensation for the traffic involved.

8. Earnings, payouts and taxes

• Earnings are calculated from approved conversions only. Pending or rejected conversions are not payable.
• Payouts are processed on a weekly cycle. Minimum payout thresholds and available payment methods are shown in your panel.
• We may hold a payout while a campaign or account is under review, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
• Payment details must be accurate. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account provided by you.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or withholding obligations arising from your earnings, and must provide any tax information we reasonably request.
• Abandoned or inactive accounts may be closed after 12 months of no activity, subject to applicable law.

9. Your content and licences

You keep ownership of the creatives, landing pages and content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of delivering campaigns and tracking performance. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit, and you indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide.

10. Advertiser terms

Advertisers are responsible for the offers they create, the payout they commit to, and the legality of their product. Advertiser material does not represent our endorsement, and we are not liable for claims made by an advertiser about a product or service.

11. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code, branding, logos, documentation and the contents of this site belong to INDFLASH CAMPAIGN or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, scrape for bulk use, or create derivative works from our assets without written permission.

12. Confidentiality

Campaign terms, payout rates, advertiser communication and non-public panel data are confidential. You may not share them publicly, resell them, or use them to compete with the network without our written consent.

13. Third-party links and services

Our site links to external services including Telegram, payment providers and advertiser sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links to @IND_Flash_Live and @IND_FLASH_BOT are provided for support convenience.

14. Disclaimers

The platform and this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that earnings will be achieved, that any specific payout will be made, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDFLASH CAMPAIGN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid to you by us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDFLASH CAMPAIGN, its staff and partners against any claim, loss or expense — including legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your traffic sources, or your content.

17. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, where we detect fraud, breach of these terms, a legal request, or a security threat. Where a suspension is not for fraud, we will normally explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. Undisputed, already-approved earnings remain payable unless the breach involved fraud or misrepresentation.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in @IND_Flash_Live and in your panel. Continued use of the network after a change means you accept the updated terms.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
